Shipping policy


We deliver across Canada the US through established business partners including Canada Post and USPS. All orders are shipped with tracked services. Once your order is ready to ship, we will send you tracking information including a real-time tracking link via email. 

For orders requiring in-store pickup, you will receive an email once the order is ready. 

Local delivery is provided by our established insured partners and is available within a 200km radius from our store in Montreal.

In stock items: Usually ship within 3-5 business days.

Pre-order items: Usually ship within 3-5 business days once our warehouse team receives the pre-order items.

It is the responsibility of the customer to be available at the time of delivery or make alternate receiving arrangements.


We offer free pick-up during regular business hours at our address below. Please have your order information ready when you arrive and our team will be happy to assist you.

Local delivery is available for furniture and large/heavy items, for addresses within 200km of our store. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery.

Orders eligible for local delivery will be delivered within 3 weeks, unless otherwise noted.

When your order is ready for delivery, you will receive an email with tracking information.
